This series consists of records relating to the arrivals and departures of students. The records, submitted to the Office of Indian Affairs on standard form 5-299, provide information on students arriving and departing from Rapid City Indian School. The records include information on the students' names, ages, and tribal affiliations; the arrival and departure dates; the points of departure and destination; the distance traveled; and the related voucher numbers. The records also include information on runaways, and runaways who were returned.
